RESUMO
Se realizó la presentación de caso de un recién nacido a término de 37 semanas de gestación, con diagnóstico prenatal ultrasonográfico de hidrops fetal. Hijo de madre de 32 años de edad, con antecedentes de cuatro partos con hijos sanos, que durante el embarazo presentó secreción vaginal abundante, blanquecina, fétida con ruptura de membranas de cinco días antes del parto y se constató bradicardia fetal, por lo que se realizó el parto por cesárea y se obtuvo un recién nacido severamente deprimido con apgar 1, al minuto de vida, que resultó imposible reanimar por el gran escleredema presente y falleció a los diez minutos de vida extrauterina, fue el diagnóstico final de hidrops fetal no inmunológico de causa infecciosa, con escleredema marcado. A case report of a newborn of ,37, weeks of gestation was presented in this work, with ultrasound prenatal diagnosis of fetal hidrops. Mother's son of ,32, years old, with history of 4 childbirths with healthy children, during pregnancy she had abundant whitish and fetid vaginal discharge, with rupture of membranes of ,5, day before childbirth and the doctors verified low heart fetal rate ,so that the childbirth for cesarean operation was done, and had a newborn with a severe depression, with apgar ,1, on the first minute of life, the revive was impossible because the presence of great escleredema, and the baby died ,10, minutes later of the childbirth. Fetal Hidrops no immunogenic caused by infections with scleredema was the final diagnosis. The child's mother was discharged with treatment for vaginal infection(AU)...
